Treco serves a highly diverse customer base with varying quality expectations across multiple industries. It supplies technical rubber compound mixtures to all companies using rubber, regardless of whether their production involves vulcanization (injection, transfer, steam-heated, or compression molding) or extrusion methods (extruders, heat tunnels, or autoclaves), and regardless of their specific quality requirements. The company began operations in 2002 in Bursa with rubber raw material imports. Over time, it expanded its product line to include chemicals used in rubber mixing and rubber-to-metal adhesives. Thanks to its technical expertise and strong customer support, Treco quickly became a well-known and sought-after brand in the industry. In 2008, Treco partially ended its raw material import and sales, moving to a new facility in the Çalı region of Bursa, where it installed its first mixing line with banbury, mill-vals, and batch-off systems. In 2010, the old line was decommissioned and the company relocated to its current site in the NOSAB region, with 4050 m² of open space and 3200 m² of enclosed area. Since then, it has grown steadily by increasing its production year by year. In 2014, the company transitioned into a sole proprietorship. In 2016, the second mixing line was added, raising monthly production capacity to 800 tons. Treco focuses primarily on rubber compound mixtures for the automotive sector, particularly NR/BR/SBR-based compounds with dynamic properties. In July 2017, the company moved to its current facility in the Görükle Industrial Zone, covering 3865 m² in total, with 3326 m² closed area. Opened in 2013, Oldrati Kauçuk is located in the heart of Turkey, more precisely in Bursa. It occupies an area of 8,000 square meters, of which 6,000 are dedicated to industrial use. Oldrati Kauçuk is part of the Oldrati group of companies. The operations at this facility include the production of compounds and rubber molding. Extrusion and assembly of rubber are expected to start soon. Thanks to the presence of an R&D laboratory in the factory, which tests the mechanical and chemical properties of materials and evaluates the performance, aging resistance, and chemical characteristics of compounds, compound development is possible. The Oldrati Kauçuk laboratory is capable of processing polymers such as natural (NR), standard synthetics (CR, EPDM, IIR, IR, NBR, SBR), special synthetics (ACM, AEM, AU, EU, HNBR), fluorinated synthetics (FFKM, FKM), and silicone synthetics (FVMQ, PVMQ, VMQ).
