The Roller Shutter Production Facilities started production in 2008 under ASAŞ to meet the growing demand for high-quality products in the Turkish and global markets. Together with the PVC Profile Production Facility, the plant covers a total area of 60,000 m², 35,000 m² of which is enclosed, and operates with an annual production capacity of 30,000,000 meters of roller shutters. Using Aluminum Rollform technology, the facilities produce standard and fire-retardant polyurethane-filled roller shutter and garage door slats in sizes 37-39-43-55-55 Eco and 77 mm. The product range also includes aluminum roller shutter boxes (137-400 mm), galvanized octagonal tubes (40-60-70 mm), complementary accessories for shutter systems, and PVC monoblock shutter systems. The polyurethane polyamide (PURPA) and polyester-coated sheets used in slat and box production are supplied from ASAŞ Aluminum Flat Products Production Facilities. All extrusion profiles used in roller shutter and garage door systems are manufactured at ASAŞ Aluminum Extrusion Facilities and coated in powder coating plants. All PVC profiles used in PVC monoblock systems are produced and laminated at ASAŞ PVC Profile Production Facilities.
