In 2005, we moved from the Woodworking Zone to the Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone and established our first large-scale facility. Thanks to our commitment to R&D across all fields, in 2013 we began producing our first original design products using proprietary systems. Boyut Steel Door holds the patents for its products and manufactures in accordance with TSE standards and ISO 9001 Quality Management System processes. With today’s technology, we continue to produce countless models and variations of our “Solid Doors,” designed with all values that touch people’s lives. Our company was founded in 1983 as “Fatih Profil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.” by the late Hacı Ali Filiz. Aiming to produce decorative iron at factory scale in our country, we became the founder and pioneer of the wrought iron sector through great effort and dedication. By granting dealerships for our wrought iron products across the country, we have always remained close to our customers and built trust-based relationships, becoming a large family in the process. In 1999, we earned the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certificate; all our personnel act with the pride and responsibility of being the world’s first ISO 9001 certified decorative iron manufacturer. With our production variety, capacity, and technological capabilities, we are the leader in the wrought iron sector in Turkey, the Middle East, and the Balkans. In our two separate factories located in the Denizli Organized Industrial Zone, we operate CNC vertical machining centers and our Machine Manufacturing Unit. In the Machine Manufacturing Unit, we process, maintain, and revise the forging and progressive molds required for our wrought iron models, and conduct R&D activities to add value to our products. Our in-house brands cover production of all kinds of decorative wrought iron products made of iron, decorative accessories produced from coil sheet metal, cut and printed sheets, hot and cold forged parts, and CNC fiber laser cutting. We were the first in our sector to receive the “Design Center Certificate” and continue our R&D activities without interruption. Our production area spans 25 000 m² of indoor space, and with our team of 150 employees we achieve an annual production capacity of 11 000 tons. We serve through 350 domestic and 32 international dealerships. Yavuz Ferforje ve Demir Ticaret A.Ş., established in 1998, manages the overseas marketing of our group’s wrought iron and related products.
