The foundations of our company were laid in 1984 when Chairman Hasan Bilgiç began selling furniture paints in a small retail store in Setiler, Ankara, encouraged by his late father, Mehmet Bilgiç. Setting itself apart from other paint stores with its customer-centric approach and high-quality service, the company achieved continuous growth and became one of the leading furniture paint retailers in Setiler, Ankara, in the 1990s. The Kubilay Boya family began production in 2001 in partnership with a paint and varnish manufacturer. This partnership, which lasted for nearly five years, demonstrated outstanding success, transforming the partner company into one of Turkey's leading companies in the furniture paint sector. Later, due to a lack of production capacity, the need for a new facility arose, and the two companies decided to end their partnership. Thus, in October 2005, our company began production at its own facility in the Aliaga Organized Industrial Zone under the name "Kubilay Kimya ve Boya San. Tic. Ltd. Şti," and introduced products bearing the Kubilay brand to the market.
