Our company was established in 1995 in Istanbul, Turkey, specializing in fashion accessories such as hats, scarves, and gloves. In 2000, we transitioned into a more professional entity under the brand name “FONEM”. Our production facility in Istanbul operates with a daily capacity of 6,000 to 8,000 pieces, expandable upon demand. We export our products globally, especially to Europe and the UK, via our international network established in 2017. Operating in the Clothing Sub-Industry Sector since 1988, Ece Fermuar continues its operations in its modern facilities with a closed area of 20,000 m2 in Avcılar Firuzköy. Ece Fermuar is an integrated organization with its narrow weaving unit, modern dyehouse, foundry where special pullers are designed and produced, and high-tech zipper production machines. Our narrow weaving machines, which can produce standard and special patterned woven ribbons for all zipper types, have an annual zipper ribbon weaving capacity of 60 million meters. Our Ht system dyehouse is the highest capacity dyehouse in the sector with an annual dyeing capacity of 900 tons. Ece Fermuar products, which produce at world standards, are exported to EU countries, especially Germany, Italy, Netherlands, England and France, Morocco and Algeria. Metal, bone and nylon zippers manufactured in accordance with customer requests are delivered to the customer on time as products whose quality is checked at every step. Our main principle, which shapes our activities carried out with meticulous discipline from order taking to after-sales services, is unconditional customer satisfaction.
