The company has developed its high-quality and aesthetically pleasing products through its own R&D efforts. The production lines use German Krausmaffei and Austrian Greinner PVC extrusion machines, considered among the best in Europe. Since its founding, the company has expanded its product range while maintaining quality, aiming to provide effective solutions to customer needs. In 2013, it began producing PVC sheets, sandwich panels, and decorative doors after acquiring its first sheet machine. Eray Plastik continues its production in a 15,000 m² facility located in the Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone, manufacturing profiles under the Winturk and Worldplast brands, and panels under the Panoline, Paneltech, and Winturk brands. • Founded in 1992 by Mechanical Engineer Mustafa BİLEN and partners, Bildem Plastik started production in a 125 m² open and 125 m² closed area with a single extruder machine. • Following strategic growth plans, the company moved to the Büsan Industrial Zone in 2003 and expanded its capacity in 2005. Currently, preparations are underway to relocate to the Organized Industrial Zone. • With significant technological investments, twin-screw extruder machines and molds were acquired, increasing daily production capacity to 20,000 kg. • Operates with a management team of 10 and 40 workshop employees, maintaining high productivity and quality standards. BITUNIL products comprise a wide range of torch-able/ hot air welded and self-adhesive Modified Bitumen Membranes, designed to fulfill most construction applications for different building types. The BITUNIL plant is located in Alexandria, and is equipped with state-of- the art production lines, for the manufacture of high quality products, in strict compliance with internationally recognized Standards. It has a design capacity of 25 million square meters of modified bitumen membranes per annum.
