About Us AÇSA OTOMOTİV Açsa has combined its long-standing experience in the automotive sector with its activities in vehicle heating systems since 1996. In 2001, Açsa became the Turkish representative of Eberspächer's engine-independent vehicle heating systems, becoming the Turkish partner for this well-established company. With a network of approximately 80 authorized service centers across Turkey and a central service center in Istanbul, Açsa provides service to Eberspächer heating system users. Açsa works with major automotive companies as a product supplier for both OEM (Factory Installation) and aftermarket (Vehicle Installation). In addition to state-of-the-art Eberspächer vehicle heating systems, Açsa also represents Italian IndelB vehicle air conditioning systems (Sleeping Well) and IndelB vehicle refrigerators in Turkey. In addition, Açsa also offers Articfox diesel fuel line and fuel tank heating systems, which prevent diesel fuel from freezing in very cold regions, to the Turkish market. Ebercool engine-independent air conditioning systems, offered under the Eberspächer brand, are also part of Açsa's product range. Acsa also offers Dirna Bergstorm's electric air conditioning range, both under the Eberspächer brand (Cooltronic, Duratronic) and without the Eberspächer brand (Bycool), for the Turkish market. With Eberspächer's acquisition of Kalori, Açsa Otomotiv has been granted the right to distribute and represent Eberspächer-Kalori products in the Turkish market. Acsa prioritizes selling quality products, standing behind its products, providing professional after-sales service, and, most importantly, trust and sincerity.

Farba was founded in Bursa in 1979 under the Bayraktarlar Holding umbrella. Farba grew rapidly with the acquisition of Koito and Valeo licenses in 1992 and 2000, becoming one of the main suppliers to automotive OEMs in Turkey. Farba took a significant step toward globalization with the acquisition of the German company Odelo in 2011. This growth trend quickly led to the commissioning of the Gebze, China, and VLE factories. In 2018, following a strategic decision by Bayraktarlar Holding management, the Farba brand and operations began operating at our Gebze factory, while Odelo operations began operating at our Bursa and international facilities. In 2020, Farba and VLE, which had been operating side by side at the TOSB campus, merged under the Farba corporate structure. Aiming for the satisfaction of all its stakeholders by using the target of continuous development and excellence, Farba continues to produce headlights, taillights and electronic PCBs with its competent employees and advanced technology equipment and machinery in its modern facility in TOSB.
