Tracing its roots back to Şelale Kimya, founded in the 1940s in Istanbul Beyoğlu by Sokrati Karacaoğlu, Ataman Kimya operates in the import, export, and marketing of chemical raw materials. Established in 2006 by Cengiz Tuncel, the company was renamed Ataman Kimya A.Ş. in 2020.

Our extensive product portfolio includes paint and construction chemicals, polymerization chemicals, plastics, inks, resins, rubber, pigments, water treatment chemicals, lubricants, metal surface treatment chemicals, drilling/oil extraction chemicals, textile and leather chemicals, cosmetic and detergent raw materials, pharmaceutical ingredients, aroma and essence chemicals, food and feed additives, and agricultural pesticides and fertilizers.

We are the exclusive distributor in Turkey for Nordic Chemical Laboratories and represent leading brands such as SE Tylose (Shinetsu) and Organik Kimya. Since 2019, we have a strategic partnership with Sözer Makina Sanayi.
