Coşkun Kauçuk Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. was founded in 2005 in the İkitelli region of Istanbul, starting with a 500 m² indoor space and a production capacity of 50 tons/month of rubber profiles. Within its first decade, the company proved its success in the industry and rapidly expanded. Since 2015, Coşkun Kauçuk has been serving global markets from its proprietary facilities in Turkey, Russia, and Azerbaijan.

• Moscow / Russia: 90,000 m² land, 30,000 m² indoor

The company offers a wide range of products including rubber profile extrusion, injection-molded components, multi-purpose mandrel hoses reinforced with fabric or steel, and special extrusion types (cu-ex, wire-reinforced, corded, taped, compounded, etc.). Production is carried out in fully integrated facilities including extrusion, injection, mixing, mold shop, and laboratory departments.

As of 2017, annual production capacities are:
• Rubber Seals and Profiles: 30,000 tons
• Mandrel Hose Manufacturing: 30,000 tons
