With products such as coils, sheets, foil, and painted aluminum, it serves numerous industries including packaging, distribution, construction, consumer durables, automotive, and HVAC. Operating under Kibar Holding at its facilities in Tuzla (Istanbul) and Dilovası (Kocaeli), Assan Alüminyum is Turkey’s industry leader with an installed sheet and foil capacity of 360,000 tons annually, and a coil coating capacity of 60,000 tons per year. It is also one of Europe’s top two producers with an aluminum foil capacity reaching 130,000 tons. In the ISO 500 list of Turkey’s Largest Industrial Enterprises 2023, Assan Alüminyum ranks as the 46th largest industrial company in the country.

It matches the annual electricity consumption of its Tuzla and Dilovası production facilities with clean energy generation from its hydroelectric plant in Manavgat and solar energy plant in Karaman. By producing renewable energy, it obtains I-REC certificates and fully offsets its Scope 2 emissions. In its integrated recycling facility, aluminum is recycled infinitely and 100% efficiently. In 2023, Assan Alüminyum became the first aluminum company in Turkey to report on climate change and environmental performance via CDP, one of the world’s most important disclosure platforms.
